OUR STORY
The story of Tuscaloosa Pastors Network begins in 2003 as William Scroggins and Schmitt Moore dreamt of a time when the city-church would unite around the common values of the gospel and ignite a holy revolution. What began as a dream, has now blossomed into an organization that connects and equips pastors to work together for city-wide renewal and revitalization. In 2017, Fred Shuckert took the helm of TPN and continued working with even more pastors across denominational and racial boundaries.
TPN is also connecting young pastors with older, more seasoned pastors so that the heritage of gospel ministry might be celebrated. Weekly and monthly pastoral small groups happen around the city and quarterly city-wide gatherings has become a cherished time for city pastors.

Pastor of the month
Schmidt Moore pastors Bethel Baptist Church and shares some of his passions for the city and the city church. Schmidt has been working towards greater city and racial unity for 30+ years in Tuscaloosa.

How is God using TPN?
Ben Talmadge, Shaun Faulkner and Jon Quitt have been meeting together for 7 years. What started out as an occasional lunch has turned into a monthly meeting to encourage, eat, challenge and pray together. TPN was instrumental in helping these local church pastors move beyond their church walls.
